An intimate four-course Wagyu & Wine tasting experience at Ovoka Farm, highlighting Ovoka’s Virginia-raised F1 Wagyu—raised with care from pasture to plate. Each course, prepared by Chef Joel Valente, is served at the community farm table, inviting guests to share in the experience together, and thoughtfully paired with wines from Chateau O’Brien at Northpoint Winery.

Joining us for the evening, Howard of Chateau O’Brien will personally guide guests through each pairing, sharing the stories, craftsmanship, and character behind his wines. Set inside Ovoka’s historic Manor Home, this evening brings together local flavor, fine wine, and the signature hospitality of the farm.
