We have a busy month planned at Chateau O’Brien with some exciting events off sight and at the winery.
To kick off the month, we are bringing back our popular Library Cellar Wine Tasting, followed by a Wine & Beer Dinner Pairing at Dogfish in Fairfax. We are honored again to be a part of Toast to Our Troops charity event at The Arlington National Cemetery. This Valentine’s Day, The Romance of Paris is coming to Chateau O’Brien with a couples getaway at our beautiful winery with your choice of 2 special packages. Join us on Live Music Sundays, where you and your friends can take in the Virginia Wine Country from our heated patio while enjoying a live band and great wine!

Chateau O’Brien is in the eye of the 2016 Virginia blizzard and our plows are out and ready to go. To celebrate all this snowy goodness, we’ve created the official Chateau O’Brien snow gauge, AKA the wine-o meter! Stay warm and safe out there ~ and keep watching throughout the storm for updates ~

Thank you to everyone that turned out for this unique wine comparison event – it was an exceptional night! For those of you that missed the January 17th event, we featured our 2011 Limited Reserve Tannat to a variety of Uruguay’s vintages of 1972 & older. Howard was given these rare Uruguay vintages – the last of these bottles – during his visit to Uruguay as a gift from the owners of Bodegas Carrau Winery. We’ve included some photos of the night.
